Careers with Bunting Management Group, Inc.

The principals of Bunting Management Group began offering property management services in 1984. Since that time the organization has evolved and starting in 1991 became known as Bunting Management Group, Inc. The company currently manages properties in Oregon, Washington, California and Utah.

From the beginning our mission has been to provide the best possible services to our owners thereby maximizing the value of their properties. The most important component of this mission is the treatment of our employees. As properties have been added, our staffing needs have expanded. In the field of property management the typical hire tenure is less than three years, yet employees with Bunting Management Group, in many cases, span decades. We have built this special relationship by providing an open door policy to all of our employees, by emphasizing assistance and support as apposed to simple direction, by our unique incentive and bonus programs as well as our yearly company retreat. In short, it has always been our goal to treat all our employees fairly, to help them become successful and to reward them appropriately and to build loyalty. What we have gained in return is immeasurable in terms of low employee turnover and retention of property clients. It is our intention to continue to strive to meet our goals and commitments to our mission.
